Sri Adhinatha Basadi (Mahadevasetty)

The Adhinatha basadi at Moodabidri is one of the 13 basadis at Moodabidri. Adhinatha Basadi was built during 16th century AD. Even though the architecture inside the basadi was so beautiful the outer wall was built using latterite stone and roofed with Mangalore tiles. The restoration work of main structure and the front mantapa was carried out during 2010-11. Flooring inside and outside pradakshinapatha of the temple was laid with stone slabs.
